Plot
Gurunath (Shiva) and his gang are the predecessors to Das (Vijay Sethupathi) and co. from Soodhu Kavvum. In fact, it is Gurunath and his accomplices who chalk out the basic rules of “kidnapping”, that the latter follows. With Gurunath back after completing his stint in jail, and Arumai Prakasam (Karunakaran) now the finance minister of the state, the sequel attempts to create the black comedy drama akin to Soodhu Kavvum but falls notches below.
கதை
குருநாத் (சிவா) மற்றும் அவரது கும்பல், "சூது கவ்வும்" படத்தின் தாஸ் (விஜய் சேதுபதி) மற்றும் அவருடைய குழுவின் முன்னோடிகள். உண்மையில், குருநாத் மற்றும் அவரது கூட்டாளிகள்தான் “கடத்தல்” தொடர்பான அடிப்படை விதிகளை உருவாக்குகின்றனர், அதனை தாஸ் மற்றும் குழுவினர் பின்பற்றுகின்றனர். சிறையில் இருந்தது முடிந்து குருநாத் மீண்டும் திரும்ப, அருமை பிரகாசம் (கருணாகரன்) தற்போது மாநிலத்தின் நிதி அமைச்சராக இருப்பதால், இந்த தொடர்ச்சியில் சூது கவ்வும் போல் ஒரு கருப்பு நகைச்சுவை நாடகத்தை உருவாக்க முயற்சிக்கிறது. ஆனால் அது சிறிது மட்டத்தில் குறைவாகவே இருக்கிறது.
