Plot:
Osthi Velan (Simbhu) is a funny cop but has real motives for all his actions. A daring but a corrupt police officer, he has a heart of gold. He robs rich but at times helps pauper.He has a step brother Balan (Jithan Ramesh) with whom he has love-hate relationship. Osthi Velan speaks from his heart and does what his mind says. A dare-devil man, he is stylish and no suave. Cupid's arrow strikes Osthi Velan when he comes across Neduvali (Richa Gangopadhyay). As it happens, they gets acquanited to each other after wranglings.
No cop story is complete without a villain and there is one in the form of Boxer Daniel (Sonu Sood). A typical on screen villain that we watched since our childhood on screen. As it happens he turns for to Osthi Velan when the latter declines to negotiate his deal. After some dance, romance and some humour, Osthi Velan eventually fights Boxer Daniel in the climax, ripping his shirt showing his six-pac abs. All ends well with the success for Osthi Velan and he entering wedlock with his beloved.
